Since its creation in 2014, The Cardif Lab’s mission has been to embody and support the company’s transformations (digital, AI, impact…) with the goal of always better serve our partners and their customers. The Lab’ innovation system is built around 3 pillars:

Located in Nanterre, at BNP Paribas Cardif‘s head office, The Cardif Lab’ is an immersive demonstration and inspiration centre for exploring the future.

Working closely with all BNP Paribas Cardif teams, it provides a dynamic platform for sharing our expertise, best practices and advice in innovation, digital and corporate social responsibility.

The Cardif Lab’ showcases not only in-house innovations, but also emerging market technologies, paving the way for new perspectives in tomorrow’s insurance industry. It acts as a vector for transformation, acculturating our employees and encouraging exchanges with our multi-sector partners.

  • Since 2014 we received more than 22 000 visitors with whom we shared our strategic vision as well as BNP Paribas Cardif’s innovations and know-how.
  • We organized more than 400 visits with our partners to make them discover our innovation ecosystem, to discuss our respective strategic approaches and to set our common priorities for innovation.
  • We introduced more than 120 innovation projects, prototypes and start-ups from all around the world, highlighting our leading role in digital transformation.
  • We organised more than 150 maker workshops with employees to demystify technology and help them better understand these new trends in their daily lives.
