Women and men are equally represented in our main governing bodies: the Executive committee and the Board of Directors.

We are committed to promoting inclusion for everyone within our company. It is with this conviction that we act in favour of employment for workers with disabilities. This commitment is illustrated by the support of the employees concerned and by a community of ambassadors within our departments.

We actively participate in the two national highlights, the SEEPH (European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities) and the Duoday (an event that allows a person with a disability to spend a day in a company every year).

The “disability mission in the workplace” has made it possible to raise awareness among employees, to free up the floor within the teams, and to recruit workers with disabilities more naturally.

Many concrete actions are put in place throughout the year, such as the sharing of employee testimonials, the organisation of Mental Health First Aid training and the setting up of conferences and round tables on various themes, with expert interventions.
